About this product


Our Chenin Blanc profiles yellow peach, shaved almond, wet slate and nougat on the nose. A generous palate of white pears, jasmine and green apples, boasting quenching acidity, minerality and pois is presented, before a textural and engaging finish laced with hints of lanolin, limes and dried thyme. The bright acidity, interesting textures and varying sugar levels make chenin blanc an excellent wine to pair with food. Working well with almost any course, chenin blanc will drink beautifully with hard and soft cheeses, meats including richer fishes, chicken, turkey, pork and veal, a plethora of vegetable dishes, salads and herbs. It also works beautifully with slightly spicier cuisines, and dishes with a fruit or sweet element.
