It’s a ripping wine. Super spicy, super perfumed and super tannic, the latter in a fine-grained built-on-tension way. Cherries, cranberries, pomegranate, cedar wood and garden herbs/spices, with an almost-but-not-quite flash of fennel. It’s light bodied and it’s dramatic and it drinks quite wonderfully well. Get on it.
