Pale lemon-yellow colour. Beeswax, lemon zest and sage on the nose. The palate fills with a wider array of fruits, both orchard and more tropical but balanced with a waxy minerality. Good flow and length with a crunchy apple acidity that keeps it all bouncing and lively.
