As well as a sipper late at night with a cup of tea, I use it to macerate my Christmas fruit to go into cakes, fruit mince pies, and my decadent Panettone bread and butter pudding, and I'm just about to fill a jar with some dried apricots

A great tasting fortified wine at a great price. Petty it doesn't come in a flagon size bottle like it use to! Maybe it could be put into a 2 litre cask.
