Fossey’s Gin has expertly blended Mildura grown citrus Valencia, Navel oranges, Tangelo, Bergamot and Lemon, to create our Original Gin Elixir. Bringing 130 years of dedication and tenderness of growing citrus into each bottle to make something that is truly our own.
Juniper berries are the dominant flavour in our Gin Elixir and are sourced by Fossey’s from around the Ludlow area in the UK, which by happenstance is where Fossey’s family originated from. Combine all of this with a heterogeneous blend of traditional and Australian botanicals, we bring our Fossey’s Original Gin Elixir into a class all of its own. Serve with a squeeze of lime, mint, grape skewer and a good quality tonic.
