Basket pressed and matured 16 months in seasoned 2700L foudre, puncheons and hogsheads. Textbook Barossa GSM, intricately and seamlessly assembled by Craig Stansborough, without a detail out of place. Red and dark berry fruits capture this warm season with definition and verve, thanks to a confident spine of vibrant, tangy acidity. Layers of spice are backed eloquently by large- and small-format dark chocolate oak and superfine tannins. Masterfully engineered for the long haul.
