Aromatic and zesty, this is a contemporary citrus forward style gin is made for ultimate refreshment. Linger a little longer and delicate floral undertones slowly reveal themselves along with a honeyed ginger finish. The base spirit for this gin, the eau de vie, is made onsite from Verdelho grapes, harvested from 100-year-old vines in the Swan Valley of Western Australia. This innovative grape to glass distilling process gives life to a silky-smooth gin with great complexity of flavour and aroma. It’s unconventional but we think its worth it. Botanical Bill: Equal parts Juniper & Coriander, Lemongrass, Apricot, Lavender, Ginger, Grapefruit Peel and Apple.
