About this product

Distilled New Make cane spirit made from our fermented molasses, triple distilled through our copper pot still with a selection of vapour infused oriental and local spices including roasted wattle seeds and crushed sandalwood nuts. Giving an amazing warm spicy flavour with notes of vanilla, caramel and Charred Oak.

Excellent local gin

This is a really delicious gin- a little spiced but not too much. Wonderful with a slice of orange in it. Also check out their distillery right here in Bunbury WA
