A slightly more elegant nose reflects notes of acacia blossom, honeysuckle and roasted nuts. The medium-bodied flavors possess a slightly finer mouthfeel that is both caressing and seductive that contrasts somewhat with a nicely complex but short finish that is borderline abrupt. My sense is that this will harmonize once it's prepared for bottling as everything seems ripe and clean.
