Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Showing some developed coffee bean/timber on the nose with a touch of classic, well integrated currant leaf, a clean acid line, precise flavours of red cherry, raspberry coulis, currants, a touch of cranberry, very fine classy tannins, with local mint notes providing added freshness - superbly elegant and long. A prime example of Coonawarra cabernet - still fresh, still with further time to shine. Perfect cabernet fruit handled with care by a talented winemaking team. (Tasted May,2023)
