Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso creamer, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouth feel and dark malt characteristics, the combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.

Coopers Stout - A great standard stout.

This stout is kickass. A tasty, dark, flavourful beer that can't go wrong. This kit is an absolute winner.

Unlike Coopers Black Ale, this stout is very mild and has good coffee and choc overtones. There're no medicinal phenol flavors. Make it to 6% ABV and it tastes better than Guinness. Mix in 25% light flavored lager and it's a great clone of

A nice stout per Coopers recipe however an excellent base for additional ingredients like brewing a milk stout or chocolate stout etc.
