Cotes du Roses Chardonnay is a classic ripe fruit-driven style that reflects the warm Mediterranean climate and the varied “terroirs” of the Languedoc region. The soils range from limestone and schist to river gravels and the vineyards are all managed with sustainable principles. The fruit is picked at optimum ripeness and cool-vinified in stainless steel. The unique bottle with its base shaped as a rose, offers another experience all together. When tipped into an ice bucket it looks like a sculpture of a rose, wrapped in glass.
