X Provence Rosé 375mL

A beautiful Provençal Rosé with pale salmon pink colour and fragrant citrus blossom, red cherry, musky plum aromas. The palate is round and supple with fresh summer fruits, some lemon glacé notes, fine chalky textures and long fresh crisp acidity. This 50% Grenache 35% Syrah 15% Cinsault blend is very much a reference style rosé with fantastic freshness, mid palate viscosity and mineral length. The grapes, grown on the clay limestone soils of the Coteaux d’Aix en Provence, were harvested at night to protect freshness and acid balance. Typically the wine was cool fermented to promote aromatic intensity and precision of flavours. Delicious as an aperitif or enjoy with gazpacho, seafood or niçoise salad. Vegan-friendly wine.
