Created in the Southern Highlands of NSW, the 100 SOULS Hinterland Gin complements Australian native flora with aromatic Asian ingredients to create a gin that is smooth sweet citrus with a spice nuance. Lemon Myrtle and lemon thyme harmonises the Sichuan spice, and sweetness of mandarin. Gentle enough to enjoy straight up, in a classic Martini, traditional tonic or any Gin cocktail that takes your fancy. The subtle lemon notes lend to a play of garnishes; a slice of mandarin, cucumber or orange also works well with this remarkably versatile gin. Blending traditional, native and Asian ingredients together has resulted in a mouth filling gin that reminds its creator of the soft rich beauty and flow of the Hinterlands.
