Say hello to SOFI. Naturally Australian and beautifully bitter-sweet. Juicy blood orange is delicately balanced by bitter botanicals and local grape spirit. Make it a spritz with SOFI; 2 parts Sofi Aperitivo, 3 parts Prosecco & 1 part Soda. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Very good pricing compared to Aperol, less sour, so personally much better. Higher alcohol percentage, so you tend to drink fewer glasses. Australian made. Give it a go it's an excellent product mate

Wow an Australian made apertif at an affordable price. Move over Aperol. Use this in your gin negronis, neat on ice or with tonic A ripper product
