Say hello to SOFI. Naturally Australian and beautifully bitter-sweet. Tart Pink Grapefruit is delicately balanced by floral lavender and local grape spirit Make it a spritz with SOFI; 2 parts Sofi Aperitivo, 3 parts Prosecco & 1 part Soda. Garnish with a flesh slice of pink grapefruit.
