This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane which benefits from one of the purest waters on earth and from a volcanic soil, resulting in a high-quality sugar cane. The nose is intense, starting with molasses and pear before becoming fruitier with apple, banana, gooseberry, and spicier with nutmeg and vanilla, with a hint of smoke at the end.
