Excellent vermouth. I like this in a Negroni. It has more ‘lift’ than Antica but I like them both. Prefer Antica in a Manhattan.

Richly infused with bittering herbs, orange peal obvious, the vermouth is a powerful infusion into a negroni. Almost essential. Excellent.
