Made with 85% Tempranillo and 15% Mazuelo and aged perfectly to be consumed now or to further age in the cellar. This wine was aged for 24 months in American and French oak barrels to bring together a complex, nuanced iconic wine from an iconic producer. Pair with Wagyu tartare, crispy skin codfish or aged cheese.
