This Sparkling wine is made from 56% Chardonnay and 44% Pinot Noir, delicate bubbles, flavours of lemon cream and almond biscotti compliment citrus with appealing freshness and length. Enjoy as an aperitif or with Oysters.

For only $35 a bottle, and made in the same method as Champagne, this is a bargain. It has had over 12 months on the lees and second fermentation in the bottle - like the Champagne method. Current stock in Dan Murphy's is 2023 disgorgement
