Deep crimson. Intense blackberry, dark chocolate, sesame, marzipan aromas with wax polish, hint wood varnish notes. Generously concentrated with dense blackberry, dark cherry pastille, dark chocolate flavours, fine sinuous/ferruginous tannins, and well balanced mocha/ marzipan oak. Finishes chocolaty/ velvety with bittersweet notes. A sumptuous Barossa Shiraz with impressive fruit density, volume, and torque. Should develop and unfold with further botte age. 18 months maturation in 40% new and 60% seasoned French oak hogsheads. Drink 2025 – 2036+

Roll out the red carpet. This is a VIP wine with genuine "star quality". A showcase of the very essence of northern Barossa Shiraz. From a prized Ebenezer vineyard - you’ll be entranced by its dark forest fruit/black forest cake, baking spices, licorice, graphite minerality (providing an inner core of strength), and damp black earth tannins, all coming together in a glorious celebration of Shiraz. Refined and saturating, complex dark fruits fill the senses and remain long after the glass is emptied. Structured to enjoy well enough now, your patience will be rewarded handsomely should you choose to cellar it. A thrilling wine.
