Vin de Soif – thirst quenchers, or, as the French say, vins de soif, which essentially means unpretentious wines that are measured not by their complexity, length or ageability but by the joy and refreshment they provide. This wine encompasses the delicate, prettiness with fine structured tannins that the name suggests.
Delicious aromas of crushed cranberries, macerated cherries, and spice, with a lean drive of deliciousness. A seductive, bright, pretty, soft smooth blend. A lingering finish, super fine tannins just thirst quenching. This wine is drinking beautifully upon release but do not be afraid to cellar and see it develop.
