The palate displays ripe, cool climate Cabernet flavours of blackcurrant and dried herbs and with subtle sweet oak flavours. Medium bodied yet with good concentration of flavour, this wine is well supported with fine grained tannins which give the wine structure and length. Whilst approachable now this wine will reward medium term cellaring of 5 to 10 years.
