Tolmer Cabernet Sauvignon

There’s boysenberry, bay leaf and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Blood plums and bucketloads of anise. The palate is dense and fleshy, but without heaviness – this one has pep to her step! Flavours of cassis and forest fruits – so bright and juicy on your palate. So much flavour, but there’s a lick of tannin there to hold it all together. Like smooth pebbles rolling along your tongue carrying all that flavour.
