From Coonawarra, one of the spiritual homes of cabernet, comes this bright and perky “cab”. There’s a hint of refreshing mint hiding in there that drives the lovely ripe cherry/berry flavours along. Oak is very much in the background, allowing the delicious fruit to sing. A very polished and persistent wine at a very good price.
