Hibiscus and Elderflower Summer Sour 355mL

Brewed with premium pale malts and Australian hops, this refreshing summer sour is bursting with character, thanks to the addition of Hibiscus and Elderflower. The flowers (all thirty kilos of them) are incorporated during multiple stages of the brewing process, and both complement and enhance the beer’s distinctive tartness. Expect a soft pink hue and delicate pillow of foam. The aroma is mild, showing hints of Elderflower and Sorrento lemon. On the palate, bright acidity pairs with floral and fruity notes.
