The Ramon Valle Mencía is made from handpicked, 1% Mencía fruit sourced from 45-55-year-old vines planted at 45-58m above sea level. Black cherry-coloured with intense violet hues, a mature wine. Highlighted on the nose are ripe red fruits, minerals and blue flowers. Fine and exquisite on the palate as it is fleshy, fragrant, and full-bodied
