About this product

The Marcarini winery is located in the village of La Morra. Established in the 1700’s, it is one of the regions historical estates and was one of the first to designate single vineyards on the labels in the 1950’s. The Marcarini wines can be described as classic. They come from great vineyards sites, are farmed organically (not certified) and the wines are aged in large oak. This new Macarini Barolo is available exclusively* to Dan Murphy’s.

A great example of Barolo at a pretty good price. An exceptional vintage for Piedmont, this is classical in style and paired perfectly with slow cooked Lamb Shank. Will be buying more.

Can’t believe I’ve had to give this swill 1 star to warn others to run away from this over priced swill. Wouldn’t give it to my worse enemy.
