Cabernet Sauvignon

The Vegan Wine Project is about shaking off what we thought we knew to make room for fresh ideas to grow, creating our wines from the ground up. By removing extra processes, we added so much more texture, more purpose.
The palate of the Cabernet Sauvignon is elegantly structured with a silky texture and fruit sweetness in the mid-palate, layers of red cherry and dried herb flavors, finishing with soft tannins. The colour is dark red with crimson hues. Aromas of blackberry, red jubes and plum with subtle notes of blackcurrant, mucha and violets.
