The Chosen McLaren Vale Shiraz

Chapel Hill Winery was built on the site of the historic Seaview Chapel. The Chapel was built in 1865 and now serves as our tasting room. The first vines were planted at Chapel Hill in 1972 and the first vintage was in 1975. The Chosen range celebrates the varieties that have introduced the charm and personality of McLaren Vale to the world. At the heart of McLaren Vale you will find Shiraz. This is the variety that thrives in the rolling hills and mediterranean climate of our spectacular region. This is a fruit driven with a focus on structure & length. This generous shiraz displays luscious aromas of blueberries, dusted with exotic Indian spices.
