Sourced from a single vineyard in the north west corner of McLaren Vale, this is a sumptuous, inky black wine stuffed full of all the flavours that we love in great McLaren Vale shiraz. Only the finest parcels of fruit were used here, and the result is magnificent. Unctuous blackberry, dark plum and those inimitable earthy chocolate notes, that are like a comfort food for McLaren Vale fans, are all generously and seamlessly playing their roles. Expert use of French oak has added the final polish. It’s a joy to drink. Perfect with a hearty stew.
