This Marsala wine is absolutely perfect for making a French classic dish of Veal escalops, ‘Sauté de veau au champignons’. Everyone loves this dish

We've tried Boronia, but what a difference the Pellegrino makes! Zabayone sauce here we come. Another review states an incorrect alcohol content. It is 17%

At 10.1% this isnt the heaviest fortified going, but its certainly one of the most user-friendly. Ideal for Tiramisu and an absolute bargain at this price. Buy early to avoid disappointment! I used this to gently boil down some figs before
