Old English-style cider. Fermented, not once, but twice for extra dryness, a softer mouth feel and extra complexity. Aging with oak for up to 3 months delivers body and a smooth clean finish. The dry acidity and tannin cut through big flavours, it’s a great one with food.

This uses apples that are specifically grown for cider. As it says on the can it is really bone dry and refreshing. At 7% alcohol it really packs a punch.

For years I associated cider with sickly sweet soft-drink like yuck! This stuff is nothing like that. It’s cloudy and dry but subtly fragrant and just magical. Probably my favourite of all time. No, really.
