More subtle characters of dried herbs and jasmine flowers add to the complexity of the wine. The wine is well structured with soft lively acid carrying through-out the palate and giving the wine long persistence.

Exceptional riesling! Bravo! A seam of transparent, juicy acidity transports yuzu spice, grapefruit pulp, nashi gelato and lemon drop flavours long. Mellifluous. Graceful. A sophisticated spellbinding wine. Fresh, but nothing tangy, nor hard.
