Tasting Notes
Burrito Fiestero Cenizo Mezcal is a well balanced smooth Mezcal. Known for its sweetness and rounded mouthfeel, amplified with strong floral and fruity flavours and aromas. Strong minerality with a silky cooked agave flavour, finished with a hint of smoke and balanced acidity on the palate.
Aroma: Agave, peach, tropical fruits, toasted pineapple, lactic notes, slight smoke, eucalyptus, saline and slightly buttery.
Mouth: Cooked sweet agave, charred pineapple, jellybeans, tropical fruit, agave, buttered popcorn, elegant smoke, soft and smooth, but big flavour.
Finish: Lingering agave, vegetal, eucalyptus, sweet smoke, velvety and smooth
