What happens when Burgundian know how transports itself to the Aude Valley? Unfortunately, no, you don’t get a Burgundy “look alike”. But you do get technically, very well made pinot noir, maximising the potential of the site. This pinot has admirable energy and tension, displaying sour cherry piquancy and red currant fruit with good impact and lifted aromatics. For those seeking lighter reds of interest - here’s one!
