Nicole Marquise des AngesPinot Noir
About this product
In the 17th century in France there was a kind Marquise who had already four children. For her sympathy, she adopted an orphan and brought her back home. Then, she had an idea to fund a charity organization to adopt the orphans and named it “ Angel’s Family”. The Marquise gave all her care and love to all these orphans during her whole life. By respect and memory of her charity, generosity and love, people called her : Nicole Marquise des Anges.
The Pays d'Oc pinot noir named in her honour displays a typical violet hue, proper to the Pinot Noir grape variety. The aroma is suggestive of red fruit (cherry, strawberry) and black (blackcurrant, blueberry) fruits scents. The attack is straight, supple and open in texture. The wine offers a mouthful of ripe plum and cherry flavors that mingle with berries and spicy notes.
