About this product


Produced by the "Legend of the Languedoc, Jean Claude Mas, this Pays d'Oc pinot noir is made from fruit harvested at night to preserve freshness.
Colour: garnet red, light and shiny with purple hues. Nose: elegant and complex, expresses aromas of strawberry, undergrowth, cherry to black, and sweet spices relayed by notes of vanilla.
Palate: well balanced and elegant. Long and complex finale.
Food and wine pairing: serve at 15°C with charcuterie, grilled meats, game, terrines and stews and soft cheeses.
