Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Craiglee is at its best when it's both ripe and pepper-spicy at once. This 2008 Craiglee is an example of the vineyard at its best. It's blueberried and black cherried but it's (black) pepper spicy and super fine through the finish. Tannin laces its way through the wine and it finishes effortless but long. Perfect oak/fruit/acid balance. Interest and character. Medium weight and elegant in the best possible sense.
