Residual SO2 is sufficient to dominate the nose today. Marvelously energetic and intensely mineral-driven flavors also possess excellent cut that characterizes the bitter lemon and saline-inflected finish that delivers seriously fine length. This chiseled effort is almost Chablis-like and will require at least a few years of bottle age first. *sweet spot, outstanding
