Sour Red 24x375mL Can Carton

Turning modern brewing practices on their head, experimenting with fermentation and creating a real sense of terroir in our Sour Red. It's a well- balanced Red Ale built from components of an open top fermented based beer, aged in oak barrels for 9 months, left to naturally acidify before being blended back with fresh beer. There is a real play on sweet, sour and bitterness with tart cherry, subtle vanilla and red wine like complexities giving this beer depth and length on the palate.
