Deep ruby colour, immediate aroma of dark cherry and some rapsberry. Extremely well balanced: silky tannins, decent acidity, decent length (cherry, white pepper). Tastes of fresh, ripe dark red fruits, savoury and smokiness. Buy one to drin

Another example of St Hallett producing extremely high quality wines, this Eden Valley Shiraz is a masterclass of winemaking and premium grape supply. Well done St Hallett and I will be purchasing many more now and in the years to come!!
