Fleur de Miraval is the result of a collaboration with grower champagne house Pierre Peters in Le-Mesnil-sur Auger. With only 20,000 bottles produced for the first edition, it is the only champagne house exclusively devoted to rosé champagne.
Crafted using the "saignée" method, Fleur de Miraval Rosé Champagne is a blend of 75% Chardonnay grapes reserve wines and 25% young Pinot Noir grapes that gives the wine its subtle, pink color. The result is an exquisite Rosé Champagne with vivacity and freshness, tangy redcurrant and raspberry notes, and a delicate minerality headline. This is a lacy, elegant and complex champagne, with finely textured bubbles; ideal as an aperitif or to accompany an elegant dish such as scallop salad with citrus fruit.
