I discovered this wine in Sydney in the year 2000 and have tried a lot since then in my travels around Australia and I always come back to Jacobs Creek Chardonnay. Even visited Jacobs Creek in the Barossa.

Nice little bottles for cooking with. It is a bit of a waste cooking with such good quality wine, but better than being 'forced' to drink 3/4 of a bottle, opened for a single glass :)
