Love this Shiraz.
Dark beer for me...

Excellent value for money, long finish and ever so silky. Wonderfully layered and generous fruit, been enjoying this wine since I had a glass at Jimmy Watson's some 20 years ago.

on a recent trip to Dan's I was approcated by an ethusiastic and knowledgable wine manager...his passion for his work evident. as our converstation turned to Shiraz, he recommended - Hugo. Took a bottle home to have with cabonara fetticin
