The Victor-Chardonnay is made using wild yeasts, spends a thorough 10-month stint on lees, and in reductive conditions that lend welcome matchstick aromas to the varietal complexity. Clean acid holds the classically weighted palate in place - fig, apricot and kernel all present in cohesive and proportionate doses.
