Dry, Light Bodied style of PalominoPale golden colour and bright appearance, with a strong and biting aroma, intense vegetable nuances and notes of yeasts and almonds. It is an elegant, long dry wine on the palate, slightly warm and with a long persistence. This wine is aged through biological aging by the Jerez system of solera and criaderas, in American oak barrels of approx. 500 liters capacity.

Sherry could well be the 8th wonder of the world! It can take a bit of getting used to, but the effort is well worth it. Once the nuances are discovered and appreciated it then becomes a wondrous thing. This fine fino displays great depth of flavour and mouthfeel for a sherry of its type. Yeasty, bready, ground nut powder, fennel - tangy and with a little bit of “bite”. Serve chilled and don’t leave the bottle lying around for months. I need to get back to Jerez, pronto!
