This cuvee took a fewf vintages to gel, but gel it has. This is sumptuous viognier, bred across an innate comprehension of the variety's ripening patterns. Richly weighted and viscous, with a leesy precision imbuing energy, direction and length. A good waft of phenolics, too, serving as another directive signpost for the flavours: apricot, ginger, honeysuckle and almond milk.
