I’ve been working with Barossa Shiraz for over 25 years. The Valley is a surprisingly complex place, with subtle environmental, climatic and geographical differences.
This CR wine shows the unique characteristics of North-West Barossa Shiraz. You’ll find abundant flavours of sweet blackberry, dark chocolate and old-fashioned fruitcake.

Significant impact to the overall taste. Usual drink from the bottle, so open to the fact it may be physiological. 😝
