First release of this super premium range of wines. Best parcels are selected for best fruit for this wine. It's sleek and elegant, as riesling goes, with requisite raciness and cool form of briny, minerally acidity. Spot on. Scents and flavours of lime, green apple, pink grapefruit skin, a touch of mandarin and a little whiff of sage leaf and flint. The texture is composed, glossy, with excellent concentration yet levity. The wine drives with immense energy and poise. A lingering, minerally finish seals the deal. This should age beautifully, too.
